George "Butch" Bendel, Jr.'s Obituary
George "Butch" Bendel, Jr., 71, of Jefferson Hills, passed away on January 19, 2018. He is survived by his beloved sons, George (Amy) Bendel, III and Gregg (Michelle) Bendel; grandchildren, Hannah Bendel and Kole Bendel; siblings, Judith (Steve) Harouse, Daniel (Becky) Bendel, Nancy (Ken) Polcawich, Eileen (the late Daryl) Celestino; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Bendel; brother, Dennis Bendel; and nephews, Scott Wagner and Brad Polcawich.
Butch was a retired volunteer fire fighter in Elrama and an active member of the Elrama Sportsmen Club. He had a passion for cooking. Services have been entrusted to the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236.
