Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Frank in Canonsburg in the 70's. He was a good guy and a great engineer. Continued being friends ever since he moved into Pleasant Hills. I met Frank 17 years ago at the American Legion Post 712. We became good friends. He was tireless in volunteering at the legion. He will always be remembered as one of the “ good ones “. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family.
