Everly Ayres Hoffman's Obituary
Everly Ayres Hoffman passed away peacefully in her mother’s womb on Sunday, October 31, 2021, the date she was expected to arrive. She was delivered at Magee Women’s Hospital, born sleeping at 11:40am on Monday, November 1, 2021 and warmly embraced by her parents Seth and Katherine Hoffman.
While her time on her earth was far too short, she had shared many exciting and memorable moments with her parents in the 9 months preceding her birth. Her parents, ever active and with many hobbies, ensured the months leading to her birth were filled with what brought them most joy and would permeate her senses: the rumbling noises of their British sports cars as they went to and from car events, enjoying the eclectic taste of her mothers gourmet cooking, taking in the purest air of the Smokey Mountains, soaking in the salt of the Atlantic Ocean during family vacation on Hilton Head Island and feeling the warm embrace of her parents hands as she grew from within.
Quality time was had following birth as well. These few days were filled with devastation and sadness, yet through the strength of God, incredible family moments were made that will ensure everlasting memories. Over this brief time she met with her incredible grandparents, her very special uncle & aunt and her dog Bentley. We were all able to cherish and experience the joys of her eternal spirit.
Everly is survived by her beloved parents, Seth and Katherine Hoffman; maternal Grandparents Bob and Laura Donaldson, paternal Grandparents Rick and Dee Hoffman, paternal Great-Grandfather Paul Petrun, Uncle Ben Donaldson and Uncle Jared Hoffman, Cousin Jared James ‘JJ’ Hoffman, as well as, many extended family members and incredible friends.
Funeral services will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 7 from 2-5pm and Monday, November 8 from 11am- 2pm. Her Baptism and memorial service will begin at 2pm Monday. Interment will be at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery. All family and friends are welcomed to celebrate the life of Everly.
