Enrico Joseph Imbriale's Obituary
Enrico J. Imbriale, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025, at the age of 101 in Bethel Park, PA. Born on March 4, 1924, in Brooklyn, New York, Enrico lived a life marked by service, dedication, and love.A proud World War II veteran of the Army Air Force, Enrico was attached with the Flying Tigers in the China, Burma, and India Theater, displaying bravery and resilience during a pivotal time in history. After the war, he returned to his roots and married his beloved Mildred on March 16, 1946. Their marriage blossomed into a beautiful partnership that lasted 68 years, filled with love and devotion. He was a dedicated family man and took great pride in being the family historian, sharing his family's rich history with those he cherished most.
Enrico is survived by his children Donna Lintner, Joseph (Colleen) Imbriale, and Frank (Dawn) Imbriale; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchilren.
Enrico is preceded in death by his wife Mildred, sons Michael and Edward Imbriale, and his parents Luigi and Gaetana Imbriale.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, June 11 starting at 10:30 am and continuing up until the start of the Blessing Service which will be at 11:30 am in the funeral home's chapel.
