Edward A. Puskar's Obituary
Edward A. Puskar, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years Clare S. (Nolan) Puskar and daughter Kathleen (Dennis) Kulok of Daisytown, PA. Survived by daughters Marianne (Wolfgang) Schorr of Germany, Joan S. (Arthur) Blumer of Wexford, PA, Clare F. (Andreas) Flaisch of Calhoun, GA and son Michael E. (Laura) Puskar of Bethel Park, PA.
Ed was a native of Monessen, PA, graduate of Monessen High School, and Veteran of World War II with service in France and Germany. A graduate of Duquesne University. Ed and Clare raised their family in Whitehall, PA and enjoyed their life there for more than 60 years. Ed was a long-time usher at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish and enjoyed spending his time woodworking and playing chess. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Family has respectfully chosen to hold private services at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA 15236. Interment to take place at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery.
