I didn't know Ed well during high school days, but certainly enjoyed visiting with him at reunions. He had a great sense of humor and of course, was a Steeler fan. My sympathy is extended to Ed's family.

i'm going to miss Ed a lot. He was always willing to provide guidance and support with my career endeavors, heck he was the one that gave me my first job at an Arco Mini Mart. He promoted a young teenager to station manager, then I screwed that up by forgetting to post the ceiling stickers one day, Oops! But even when he fired me I was good with it. I remember Linda & Ed let me borrow their sweet Monte Carlo for a date. It got so foggy that I made my date get out and walk along the fog line, guiding the car, so I wouldn't wreck it. Also, he took me to the hospital for severe face burns when I had pulled up to their house with an overheating car. I got out of the car in front of their house to inspect the car, and after I removed the radiator cap the hot water hit me in the face. I remember running up the street a few houses to put water on my face (with one of those stupid sprinkler hoses with the tiny little holes in it), when Ed ran up and took me to the hospital. Whatever drugs they gave me really worked, I was flying high all day. But I had to deal for weeks after with a black, peeling mug.
ED... you'll be missed by me and many others.
Much Love, Brother In-Law Clayton
