Ed shared bread with our church from his bread ministry. I would talk to him on the phone once a week and felt a great connection to him! He was a caring, kind man and I am truly sorry to hear about his passing. Carol Jones, Restoration Church Monongahela.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ed at the Pittsburgh's Syria Shriners Club for a Christmas benefit for kids. We were introduced by my niece, Shelby Yurek, who was a good friend with Ed and coworker. We spent that afternoon chatting and he loved talking about his grandchildren.
Ed was one of the kindest people I’ve met. His smile and laughter could fill a room. Ed left the world a better place through his kindness and service to others.
