Dorothy Jean (Barati) Meloy age 85, of Jefferson Borough, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Beloved wife of 40 years to her late husband Kenneth Eugene Meloy. Mother of Joe Meloy, Debbie Meloy, Peggy Lloyd, the late Sherry Terrant, and the late Kevin Meloy. Grandmother of Gavin Meloy, Sr., Adam Meloy, and Audra Dudney. Great-grandmother of Gavin Meloy, Jr., Ashlyn and Reece Dudney. Sister of Margaret Miller, the late George Barati, the late Joseph Barati, the late Barbara Viksne, Patricia McMichael, and Leslie Conner. Daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Barati.
Dorothy and Ken owned Cover-Ups and made boat and other custom covers. They were active in the United States Sail and Power Squadron.
