Dorothy Mae Hutton's Obituary
Dorothy Mae Hutton, 81, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2025, in Washington, PA.
She was born on August 29, 1943 in New Kensington, PA, to the late Merle and Ida (Gravelle) Confer.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Jackie Phillips (Ron), Tammy Hutton, Bill Hutton Jr., and Bob Hutton (Lynnette); her grandchildren, Erin Beyer (Ian), Ronnie Phillips (Jessie Green), Patrick Dezort, Justin Hutton, Ashleigh Hutton (Eric Smith), Austin Hutton, Travis Hutton, Coltin Hutton, Morgan Hutton, and Sydney Hutton; and her great-grandchildren, Thomas Curtis, Chase Beyer, Emory Smith. She also leaves her siblings, Dave Confer, Grace Hunt (the late Richard), George Confer (Peggy), Ruth Wagner (Bob), Bill Confer (Kim Irwin), Cathy Colvin (the late Mac), Opal Hill (Larry), and Bob Confer (Linda), as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, William Hutton Sr. and her siblings, Tom Confer, Carm Confer, Betty Arbuckle, Clem Confer, Margaret Confer, and Clifford Confer.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 5:00 - 8:00 pm and on Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Jefferson Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A service in memory of Dorothy will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 11:00 am in the chapel at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens, in McMurray, PA.
