Dorothy A. (Bodnar) Abell, 83, of Bethel Park, formerly of Hazelwood, passed away surrounded by her loving family on April 2, 2018. Dorothy is survived by her two daughters, Tracey K. (Jim) Martin and Paula Heinecke; son, Kurt (Maryanne) Kaczkowski; grandchildren, Amanda (Doug) Hudson, John (Jenna) Martin, Ashley (Joe) Miniajlo, and Danielle Heinecke; great grandchildren, Joshua and Lucas Hudson, Joey and Logan Miniajlo; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, James V. Abell; parents, Michael and Anna Bodnar; and granddaughter, Samantha Heinecke. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 5, 2018, 2 pm - 4 pm & 6 pm - 8 pm at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Funeral Ceremony will be held Friday, April 6, 2018, 10 am in the Funeral Home Chapel.
