Donald R. Stupar's Obituary
Donald Raymond Stupar, age 87, of West Mifflin, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 19, 2024, surrounded by the love of his family. Donald was born on July 1, 1937, the son of the late Joseph and Anne (Martin) Stupar.
Donald grew up in Munhall where he attended local schools. Following his graduation from Munhall High School, Donald proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was honorably discharged from the Navy and went on to enjoy a career with US Steel Irvin Works in the accounting department as an inventory specialist.
Donald enjoyed being outdoors whether it be golfing, boating or camping. He was an avid NASCAR fan who also enjoyed classic cars and drag racing in his younger years.
Donald is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann (Koval) Stupar; his children, Brian Stupar and Diane (Lonnie) Dittman; his brother, Joseph (Connie) Stupar; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 2:00 – 8:00 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A blessing service will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 12:00 pm.
