Donald G. Archibald, 89, of Bethel Park, entered into eternal rest on May 27, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on June 24, 1926, to the late Albert and Edith Archibald. Donald was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 62 years, Frances (Bucaro) Archibald. He was the most loving, caring, and devoted family man who nurtured joy and happiness in all those he touched. His favorite hobby was downloading and printing photos of his family, which he displayed throughout his home. He was a proud veteran of the Army, who served in WWII, followed by 2 decades of reserves. He retired after 35 years with IBM. Donald is survived by his three daughters, Donna Yesensky, Deborah Webb, Denise (Lary) Puskaric; six grandsons, Aaron (Denise), Jason (Jenn), John (Tiffany), Domenic (Michelle), Donald (Emily), Kevin (Melissa); three granddaughters, Amy (Joshua), Genevieve, Maya; four great-grandsons, Daniel, Luke, Dillon, Lucian; six great-granddaughters, Alaina, Grace, Roselyn, Gabriella, Ali, Molly; as well as many nieces, nephews, and family. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jack Archibald; sister, Bernadine Schnarviler. Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 31, from 1-4 & 6-9 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236.
