Diane Jeskevic's Obituary
Diane Jeskevic, age 71, of Pittsburgh, passed away on November 6, 2025.
Diane was known for her unwavering compassion and dedication, having spent over 20 years as a teacher's aide in the Pittsburgh Public Schools, where she provided care and support to special needs children. She found joy in her grandchildren, whom she adored and cherished, and made countless memories with them throughout her life. She loved the peace and serenity of the beach, where her laughter and spirit could shine while making memories with her family and friends. She was a novice painter who enjoyed expressing her creativity through her art.
Diane is survived by her husband Larry Jeskevic; children David (Ann Marie) Jeskevic, Amy (Christopher) Canterbury, Jennifer (Richard) Valentine, Teri Jeskevic, and Lisa (Jimmy) Justison; grandchildren Luke, Logan, and Lauren Jeskevic, Corbin, Colson, and Caitlyn Canterbury, Mercedes, Madison, and Michael Valentine; sisters Linda (Donald) Younkin, Jeannie (Duane) Law, Barbara Walker, Joanne (Mick) Bethune, and Carol (Peter) Hundiak; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Diane is preceded in death by her parents Wilbert "Wib" and Blanche Walker and brothers Robert, Steven, and Brad Walker.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, PIttsburgh, 15236. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12 at 12:00 pm in the funeral home's chapel. Burial will be private.
