Debra J. Foster's Obituary
Debra Jean (Tuskin) Foster of Jefferson Hills died Nov. 15, 2016. She was 65.
A daughter of the late Edward and Faye Tuskin, Debra lived a life of kindness and compassion, qualities she exhibited in her long career as an emergency room nurse at Jefferson Hospital.
She loved playing tennis and Scrabble, riding horses and, above all, spending time with her friends and family, especially her sisters and her beloved grandchildren, Raina and Aria Weaver and Libby LaBar.
She is survived by her husband Harry “Kip” Foster; children, Rachel (Justin) LaBar and Eric (Nicole) Weaver; sisters, Kim (Ed) Farrington and Tracy (Jack) Ondo; brother-in-law David Dear; six nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Dear, and daughter, Heather Weaver.
Arrangements are being handled by Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Nov. 17. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m Nov. 18.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Special Olympics, 1133 19th St. NW, 12th Floor, Washington, D.C., 20036.
