David Alan Guba's Obituary
David Alan Guba, 62, of Jefferson Hills, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, David "DJ" Guba and Christeen Roden Guba of Baltimore, MD. Also, survived by his sister, Beth Guba Schaan of Orlando, FL; and sister and brother-in-law, Christine Guba and Tom Green of Atlanta, GA. He was the beloved son of the late Mary Aileen and Edward Guba. David was a loving son, father, brother, and friend to all. A graduate of Allegheny Community College, an honorably discharged U.S. Air Force veteran, and a retired employee of Liberty Pultrusion. David served as elected Union representative for IUE-CWA local 88643 for many years. David was a natural born athlete who played football for Thomas Jefferson High School and Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA. David was a devoted Catholic who God called home after he courageously battled a terminal illness. A private family service is planned later this month.
