David M. Auen's Obituary
David M. Auen, 72, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025.
David's life was fulfilled by his passion for hunting, fishing, his beloved camp, and the love of his grandchildren. He enjoyed his retirement and especially loved reminding his family he did not have to get up for work the next day when they did. He was a loving husband, the best father and Pappy anyone could ever ask for. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
David is survived by his wife of nearly 51 years Celeste (D'Angelo) Auen; children Carla (Chris) Weiss and Michelle (Glenn) Muller; grandchildren Juliana, Katelyn, Emily, and Nikolas; sibling Linda (Roy) Hanbury and Wayne (Dudley) Auen; as well as nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Audrey Auen.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 10:00 am at Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Elizabeth worship site, 1 Grove Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
