Darlene grew up in Trafford, PA, one of five children of Esther (Ermin) and Joseph Brown. Growing up, Darlene did her life her way. Independent. Rebellious. Caring. Protector of all things great and small.
She joined her husband's passion for car restoration and all the great friends that would come by; their home became the neighborhood hangout and party home for all. Her greatest dream was to be a loving devoted wife, a compassionate attentive mother, an awesome grandmother and a great ‘G-ma’. She succeeded with pride and dignity as in her life, as in her death, her loving family and friends were by her side.
Dar proudly cared for many children, friends and family, and loved feeding everyone. Her home and generosity made her “Mom” to so so many. She had a zest for life, an infectious laugh and always looked forward to the next family gathering. Love for family and friends was apparent to all who had the good fortune to be part of her life.
