Daniel A. Chasky's Obituary
Daniel A Chasky, 92, of Pittsburgh, passed away surrounded by his loving family on October 12, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 29, 1923.
Daniel was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Norma (Breitsch) Chasky. Daniel is survived by his son, Dale R. (Joyce) Chasky; grandsons, Daniel, Scott, and Matthew Chasky; granddaughter, Elizabeth; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel L. (Nancy survives) Chasky.
Daniel was a loving husband, father and grandfather, who was a devoted provider for his family, which he cherished most.
Friends will be received on Saturday, October 15, 2016, 1 - 4 & 6 - 9 PM, & Sunday, October 16, 2016, 1 - 4 & 6 - 9 PM at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Monday, October 17, at St. Joan of Arc Church, South Park.
