Dear Family of Mr. Shaffer,
On behalf of the Neumeyer and McPherson family we are so very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Shaffer.
My parents lived at the top of Felix Dr. where I grew up, my son and his family bought their house.
My grandchildren remember Mr. Shaffer as he was always kind to them and would let them ride their big wheels down his driveway.
May he rest in peace. Thank you for all the years of being our neighbor.
