Cynthia L. Recker's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Cynthia Recker
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cynthia L. Recker, sister, aunt, and friend, who left us peacefully on October 24, 2024.
Daughter of the late Regis and Elzetta (Fischer) Recker. Beloved sister of late Patricia (late Geno) Petris, late Regis (Pat) Recker, late James Recker, Donald (Trisha) Recker, late Leonard (Patricia) Recker, late Robert (late Susan) Recker and late Regina Recker. Known for her warmth, kindness, and zest for life, Cynthia enriched the lives of everyone around her with a spirit that will live on in our hearts forever.
Born with an innate love for family and nature, Cynthia was the heart of her family, sharing her wisdom, compassion, and laughter with everyone she encountered. She was never afraid to try something new. Her family was her pride and joy, and she took immense pleasure in seeing her loved ones grow, thrive, and find happiness. She nurtured her relationships with the same care and dedication she brought to her garden, which blossomed under her gentle touch. Her garden was a vibrant oasis, reflecting her love for beauty, growth, and the simplicity of life.
Cynthia was more than just a loving presence—she was a source of strength, a confidante, and a beacon of joy. Her laughter, stories, and spirit will be sorely missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Rest in peace, Cynthia. May your garden bloom forever in heaven.
In keeping with Cynthia's wishes there will be no visitation.
A Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236.
