Clyde Edmundson Muse Jr's Obituary
Clyde Edmundson Muse Jr, 87, passed away Thursday July 13th, 2017 at Springhurst Health and Rehab in Louisville, Kentucky. Clyde was an employee of The General Electric Company for over 35 years and was a seasonal employee of H&R Block for over 20 years. He was a lifelong Presbyterian and a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Louisville Kentucky since 1978. He served as an Elder, Clerk of Session, Sunday school teacher and choir member. He was a commissioner to the Presbyterian General Assembly in 1971. Clyde was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania moving to Louisville Kentucky in 1978. He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Clyde was preceded in death by his beloved wife Sally (Sara) and his parents Ruth and Clyde E. Muse Sr. He is survived by his brother, John (Millie) Muse, daughters Sally (David) Kovacs, Betty Muse and son David (Cindy) Muse. He is also survived by his grandchildren Beth (Tyler) Cole, Jennifer Muse, Sam (Laura) Muse, his wonderful great grandson Landon Cole, nephew Matt (Trina Wemlinger) Muse his son Alex and niece Ruth (Ray) Kaduke and their children Todd and Becca. Services will be held Tuesday July 18th at 11 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Rd, Pittsburgh, PA, 15236 with visitation at 10-1030 a.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial gifts may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church, 10200 Shelbyville Rd, Anchorage, KY 40223
