Clare S. Puskar
Age 90, a resident of Whitehall for 50 years, passed away on March 25, 2018. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years Edward A. Puskar, Daughters, Marianne Schorr (Wolfgang) of Springe, Germany; Joan Blumer (Arthur) of Wexford, PA; Clare Flaisch (Andreas) of Calhoun, GA; and son Michael Puskar (Laura) of Bethel Park, PA. A daughter, Kathleen Kulok (Dennis) of Daisytown, PA; preceded her in death in September 2011. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Clare was a native of Pittsburgh’s North Side. She was active in St. Elizabeth Church as a CCD teacher and volunteer at church events. She enjoyed painting and was a member of the Whitehall Creative's Art Club.
Friends are welcome at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills on Tuesday 1-3 pm and 6 to 8 pm.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 am at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, One Grove Place Pittsburgh PA 15236.
