Charles "Chuck" Heidkamp's Obituary
Charles, A. "Chuck" Heidkamp, 64, of Pittsburgh, passed away on March 15, 2026.
Chuck honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that instilled in him a profound sense of duty and respect. After his service, he applied his skills as an Office Machine Repair Specialist for Keystone Business Machines, where he was known for his diligence and expertise.
Outside of his professional life, Chuck was a passionate outdoorsman who found joy in hunting and fishing. He was known as a handyman, and he had a remarkable ability to fix nearly anything that came his way. Above all, he adored his children and cherished the time spent with his wife, Carole, as they remodeled their home, creating a haven filled with love and memories.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carole Heidkamp; his children, Kenneth C. Heidkamp and Charlee Heidkamp; grandchildren, Zelda Heidkamp, Alistair Heidkamp; his father, Harold "Sonny" (Barb) Heidkamp, Sr.; siblings, Betsy Heidkamp, Dougie Heidkamp, Martha (John) Mazzola, Leesa (Jim) Johnson and Fred (Maxine) Geiger.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen (Fred) White-Geiger; his siblings, Harold Heidkamp, Jr. and Nadine (Carl) Sargent.
