Charles W. Friedman's Obituary
Charles William “the Grinch” Friedman, age 84, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025.
Charles is survived by his loving brother(s): Jeffrey (Linda) Friedman and Paul (Linda) Friedman. Father of Leslie (Anthony) Bazzano, Michael (Jackie) Friedman, and David Friedman. Cherished (Kook)Pap of Joanna Bazzano, Christina (Gregory) Markiw, Kristopher, Taylor, and Alec Friedman. Many nieces and nephews and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth Friedman, brother and sister, Bob Friedman and Linda Friedman-Crawford, loving wife, JoAnn Friedman and son, Charles “Scott” Friedman. Charles “The Grinch” Friedman honorably served in the United States
Army. He was a proud member of the Steamfitters Local Union 449 from 1968 until his death. His work took him across the United States as well as internationally. He was an avid golfer, loved to travel, and was
able to see the end of his favorite show, Yellowstone. Family and friends are welcomed on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Chapel in the Administrative Building at Jefferson
