Charles J. Fassbinder's Obituary
Charles J Fassbinder, of Castle Shannon, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2021.
Chuck was preceded in death by his loving wife, Grace (Reid) Fassbinder. He is survived by his daughter, Karen (Michael) Cheberenchick and his grandchildren, Brandi Cheberenchick and Michael (Michelle) Cheberenchick.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Myrtle (Sutherland) Fassbinder; a sister, Georgianna Hankey, and a brother, Walter "Bud" Fassbinder.
Charles was a veteran of WWII serving in the Pacific Theater on the naval vessel, Barnett.
Due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic there will be no public visitation. All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
