Charles "Chuck" Conlogue's Obituary
Charles Conlogue, age72, known as Chuck to his closest family and friends passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 surrounded by his wife and children.
Chuck was born on March 25, 1949 in Pittsburgh to the late Charles and Elizabeth Conlogue. Chuck leaves behind his loving wife of 47 years, Phyllis Conlogue. Adored father of Jason Conlogue (financee, Valerie and her son Giovanni), and Amber (Thomas) Vash.
Chuck was a very proud Vietnam Veteran, Father, Husband, and soon to be first time Grandfather to Jameson Charles Conlogue. Chuck was so excited to be able to meet Jameson Charles and talked about it all the time. Those who knew Chuck knew he went through a lot of medical problems and suffered for many years and he is now at peace with out fear and completely out of pain.
Chuck enjoyed watching sports "especially football and golf", fishing, hunting, spending time at his camp with friends, but he loved nothing more than spending time with his family.
In addition, Chuck leaves behind his sisters; Kathleen (Andrew) Kovaly, Rebecca (Edward) Jones, Ruth (Chris) Buckley; brother, Robert (Janet) Conlogue; and sister in-law, Cathy Miller and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
Chuck was genuinely a fantastic guy with a great sense of humor and loved everyone he met.
He will remain in our hearts forever.
