Carole Zipfel's Obituary
Carole S. Zipfel, age 82, of Baldwin, entered into eternal rest on June 3, 2021.
Carole is survived by her sons, Paul (Bridget) Zipfel and John (Diane) Zipfel; grandchildren, Mary Zipfel, Liz Kelly, Mark (Jodi) Kelly Jr. and Amanda Kelly; great-grandchildren, Kaydence Waters, Kevin Kelly, Riley Waters, Shawn Kelly, Chase Cain; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome J. Zipfel; her parents, Albert and Elma Schmidt; and siblings, William Schmidt and Jean Wisser.
Carole was a very kind and soft spoken woman. She ran her home and raised her two boys. When they were grown, she worked as a caretaker at a daycare center for children and loved every minute of it.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 12th at 10 A.M. at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
