Carol Ullum's Obituary
Carol Ullum, age 81, of North Huntingdon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of family. Born in Braddock on April 2, 1944, Carol was the loving daughter of the late Orvis and Margaret (Hritz) Flygar.
Carol was the mother of Scott (Colleen) Ullum and Rena Ullum. She also leaves her 6 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; her sister, Janice (Flygar) Nelson and brother, Raymond Flygar.
Carol graduated from Robert Morris University and pursued a career in the field of accounting with several financial institutions. Over her long career, she also held numerous positions with car dealerships. Outside of her professional life, Carol was a dedicated and faithful member of Bryn Maur Church in White Oak, PA. An animal lover, she was a member of the Siberian Husky Club of Greater Pittsburgh.
Above all, Carol's greatest joy was the time spent with her family. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her love only grew with each addition to her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for visitation from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A service in honor of Carol will be held at 11:00 am in the chapel at the funeral home on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
