Carl was a dear friend of mine. I met him at Cheat Lake in Morgantown, WV We shared many good times together for several years. We helped each other on numerous projects and remained in touch through last week. We were extremely close friends and he will be greatly missed. A true friend like Carl is irreplaceable.
