Bonnie Lee Winslow's Obituary
Bonnie Lee Winslow, Age 78 of South Park, died on July 27, 2025. She was born on Christmas Day, 1946, a gift from our Lord when we celebrate his birthday, and the daughter of James and Lillian Bell of Lucerne Mines, PA.
She graduated from Laura Lamar (now Homer Center) High School and studied to be a secretary at Cambria Rowe Business School.
Bonnie met her husband John at the IUP Student Union where they danced the evening away. When John returned home he told his mother about the beautiful girl he met at the dance and that he was going to start dating her. From then on it was love everlasting. They married in 1969 and had 56 wonderful years together.
Bonnie spent over 20 years in banking, retiring from PNC. She was an exceptionally loving, outgoing lady who made many friends and loved to socialize, play games and participate in activities at Paramount Senior Living in Bethel Park. Most of all she loved being with her family, which she cherished greatly.
Although she was afflicted with MS for over 20 years, she never complained and enjoyed life to its fullest.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother James Bell. She is survived by her husband John, daughter Annice (Evan) Oxford; four grandchildren, Lillian, Cassandra, Jeremy and Nathaniel; brother, Ernie Bell, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and Family will be received from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on August 2nd, 2025 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA, 15236.
Donations in Bonnie's name can be made to the National MS Society, 1501 Reedsdale St. Pittsburgh, PA 15233. https://www.nationalmssociety.org/
