Beverly Mayer's Obituary
Beverly Mayer, age 78, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025. Born on November 26, 1946, she was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Theresa (Bair) Stebner.
Beverly was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Mayer, with whom she shared many cherished years. She is survived by her devoted sons, Michael and Marc (Brianne) Mayer; her loving sister, Terri (David) Wilson; and her adored grandchildren, McKenna, Brooke, and Grayson Mayer. She also leaves behind nieces Debbie (Keith) McMullen and Darlene Molencupp; nephews Dana Mayer, Brandon (Kate) Wilson, and Brett Wilson; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews who brought her great joy.
Beverly was known to most as "Nana" or "Aunt Bev," a reflection of how she treated everyone like family. She will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, infectious laugh, and the way she touched the lives of all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. A funeral service will immediately follow visitation at 2:00 pm in the funeral home's chapel.
