Bernice (Johnston) Neaves
Age 92, passed away, Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Kane Regional Center in Scott Twp, formerly of Pleasant Hills. Born on September 30, 1923 in Allegheny County, the daughter of the late Louise and Samuel Johnston. She was the last surviving of 8 children and was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Neaves. She is survived by her devoted children, Carol (Ed) Toth of Elizabeth, PA, Tom (Cindy) Neaves of Spring, Tx, Pat (Pete) Maniglia of Pleasant Hills, Pam (Jeff) Kemp of Modesto, CA; loving grandma to Matt, Mark, Shaun, Caiti, Scott, Stacey, Jordan, Jared and Jacob; cherished great grandma "GG" to Ashlee, Sydney, Lilly, Thomas, Jasper, Jaiden and Treyton; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bernice requested no viewing. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 10 am in the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park. Donations may be made to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh PA 15243. Condolences may be given at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
