Barbara E. Wilson's Obituary
Barbara E. Wilson, age 69, of Bethel Park, passed away with her loving daughter by her side on April 29, 2020.
Barbara is survived by her beloved daughter, Shannon (Greg) Phillips; beloved step-children, Leslie (Merf) Murphy, Robert Wilson, and Laurie Belich; adored grandchildren, Dennis Phillips, Sean (Stephanie) Murphy, Ian (Aimee) Murphy, Kellie (Peter) Piotrowski, Jessica (Brett) Zoric, Melanie Wilson, and Kyle Belich; cherished great-grandchildren, Johnathon Piotrowski, Samantha Piotrowski, William Piotrowski, London Murphy, and Virginia Zoric; as well as many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 29 years, Robert L. Wilson; cherished parents, Kenneth and Helen Woods; as well as her beloved brother, Kenneth (Colleen) Woods.
Barb was the best mum, grandma, GG, and friend, and we were all so lucky to have her in our life and in our corner.
She was a great cook and made the best spaghetti sauce hands down.
She was the center of her family and she loved them deeply, especially her love for her babydoll, her grandson Dennis. The light of her life, the apple of her eye.
She loved her job, had a heart of gold and took joy in helping others.
Never one to back down, she never gave up when cancer came into her life this year, she was a fighter to the end. And we are so proud of her.
Our world will shine a little less bright without her in it but her spirit and love will never dim inside of us.
Services are private and have been entrusted to the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC. A Memorial Service will be held in the Funeral Home's chapel at a later date.
