Arthur (Art) Thomas, at age 76, passed away on November 16th at his home in South Park, PA, with family by his side. Loving and devoted husband of 53 years to Anna M. Thomas; cherished father to Lois (Rick) Pickering, Dede (Matt) Beshenich, Raymond Thomas, and Linda (Chris) Doleno; dear grandfather to nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Dorothy and Raymond Thomas and his sister, Constance Battaglia. Art retired from IUPAT Local #6. He enjoyed playing golf, horse racing, and making great memories with his family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 6 - 8 p.m. and Sunday from 2 - 8 p.m. at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Funeral Home's Chapel. Online condolences may be left at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
