Alexander Olah, Jr., age 86, of Bethel Park, passed away on June 24, 2025.
Alexander graduated from Carrick High School in 1956 and proudly served in the Army Reserves from 1957 to 1959. He found a fulfilling career as a draftsman for Duquesne Light, where his talent and dedication shone brightly. He had a deep passion for drawing, he would draw everything from buildings to characters. He also had a passion for model railroading, which was a testament to his creativity and appreciation of craftsmanship.
A loving husband, Alexander enjoyed traveling to various bed and breakfasts with his wife, creating cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of his family forever. Known as a giving man who loved Jesus, Alexander's kindness and generosity knew no bounds, and he was always ready to lend a helping hand.
Alexander is survived by his sisters Vicky Cushey and Betty Artnak; nieces and nephews Daniel Cuda, David Cushey, Chip Artnak, Chris Artnak, Terry Bove, Dana Thompson, Toni Jew, and Dean Cuda.
Alexander is preceded in death by his wife Betty Olah and parents Alexander and Mary Olah.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
